After 20 years of teaching fitness, it is the relationships she builds while helping clients conquer their fitness goals, that she loves most. Six years ago she fell in love with the Reformer when she realized how it could benefit everyone from her athletic teenagers to older adults coming right out of physical therapy and everything in between. Jeanette is AFAA (Athletic and Fitness Association of America) and Balance Body Certified. Jeanette is fairly new to our studio. But, she fits right in and everyone just loves her classes. You won’t be disappointed after taking one of her classes.
