Jordan is a certified Pilates instructor through the University of Nevada DK Pilates Academy, with specialized training in Mat and Reformer Levels 1 & 2. With a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary techniques, she creates sessions that emphasize core strength, alignment, mobility and mindful movement. Her teaching style is inclusive and adaptable. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or a seasoned athlete, Jordan meets you where you are, offering personalized modifications and thoughtful progressions to support your individual goals.
