Lisa
Lisa’s fitness journey has spanned over 20 years of instructing group fitness classes, including aerobics, water fitness and silver sneakers.
Lisa has been teaching all levels of reformer Pilates for four years. She is certified in Pilates through the Balanced Body instructor certification program.
Lisa enjoys sharing her passion for Pilates with clients. She remains amazed at what can be accomplished using the reformer and teaching the Contrology method, which increases strength flexibility and balance with precise movements that focus on control, flow and breath.
Lisa is married and has two grown boys.
